8.1 Notice to Association. An Owner who mortgages his or her Lot shall notify the Association through the Managing Agent, if any, or the President of the Board, giving the name and address of his or her Mortgagee. The Association shall maintain such information in a book or list entitled "Mortgagees of Lots."

8.2 Notice of Unpaid Assessments. The Association shall at the request of a Mortgagee of a Lot report any unpaid assessments due from the owner of such Lot.
